SELF MASTERY is a complex problem. And the first principle in solving this problem is seeing your deepest desires (vision), directing your attention to your deepest desires (focus) and blocking out/eliminating all the things that are not aligned with your deepest desires (discipline). As the fovea in the human eye is responsible for sharp, central, detailed vision, we too must develop laser focus in how we economize our mind, money, body and time.
